Mahendra Penumathsa heads SocialSphere’s technology delivery center at Hyderabad, India.
With a Master’s in Business Administration from Pune Univeristy, Mahendra has more than 13 years of cross functional expertise in IT operations, Marketing, Finance and Law. He has assisted multi-business conglomerates in setting up captive operations and teams for Information Technology and Business processes in India. His earlier stints were at Ion Exchange, JS Media at Mumbai, Franklin Templeton, CKR Associates and i-Vantage, at Hyderabad.
For SocialSphere, he plays a major role in data visualization and solution architecture along with his team of 35+ programmers and developers.
He is an elected member to the Managing Committee of Hyderabad Management Association and is active in non-political initiatives to promote youth participation in democratic affairs in India. He also delivers regular lectures on managerial subjects, as a panel speaker for “The Hindu Business Line Club,: a prominent print media channel in India.
Mahendra lives with his wife, daughter and parents at Hyderabad. He loves to go trekking and is a big fan of Hollywood, which he finds as an inspiration for creativity. |
