Sandeep Kaujalgi, Managing Director of SocialSphere Technologies, is responsible for delivering technology solutions for SocialSphere and our clients. Earlier this decade, Sandeep founded Collabor, Inc. a Web 2.0/SaaS/Collaboration solutions company based in the Boston area. He is also a Charter Member of TiE, the network for entrepreneurs.
Over the past decade and a half, Sandeep has worked with clients big and small, through a variety of technologies across India, Southeast Asia, Germany, United States and Canada.
Joining SocialSphere was a natural progression from his serial "intra-preneurial" roles - within Siemens as a Strategic Planner, at Siemens Nixdorf - which he co-founded and was Country Manager of, at Virtusa - where he setup and built the Enterprise Business Unit, and in charting new markets, geographies and industries at Infosys and Syntel.
Sandeep's technology vision has two simple rules: 1) Keep the user in the center - user experience trumps everything, and 2) Innovate constantly - good software like good wine gets better with time.

Sandeep lives west of Boston with his wife. He is on a quest to learn 10 languages and visit 100 countries in his lifetime. Sandeep has been a professional photographer, part of an orchestra, trekked in the Himalayas and played University level hockey. |
