SocialSphere is a strategy company that enters into a three-phase strategic relationship with companies and organizations in the U.S. and abroad that start from the top-down with the CEO or other key decision makers. We start with the recognition that the world of information and media is broader and flatter than it ever has been – and old 20th century media and the traditional ways of communication and management do not speak effectively or efficiently to the new generation of consumers, employees and other stakeholders who seek new ways to engage and make an impact in organizations they feel passionate about.
- The first phase of our work identifies and puts companies in touch directly with the decision makers and influencers who represent the future of their business and industry;
- When this aspect of our engagement has been productive, we move into the second phase where we tap the wisdom inherent inside and outside our client’s organization and/or “social sphere,” and use our 25 years of experience to package the results and prepare for execution – strategically directing the ongoing “flattening” of client organizations;
- In the third phase, we develop a long-term strategic relationship where we help our clients stay on the cutting edge of emerging social trends and report back with specific recommendations to support our broad thinking and the organization’s strategic plan
