John Della Volpe is the Director of Polling at the Harvard Kennedy School and Founder and CEO of SocialSphere, a modern public opinion research company in Boston. The Washington Post referred to him as one of the world’s leading authorities on understanding global sentiment, opinion and influence especially among Millennials and in the age of digital and social media.  
He was named a “Future Legend of Marketing” by the Ad Club of Boston, has advised the Vatican, heads of state, Fortune 100 CEOs, military generals, athletes and entertainers.  
In 2008, he received an Eisenhower Fellowship for which he traveled extensively throughout China, Hong Kong, and Korea (including a supervised day in North Korea) studying Millennials.
A graduate of the University of San Diego, he regularly appears on MSNBC’s Morning Joe and his insights on this generation are found in national media outlets in the U.S. and abroad, including the Daily Show with Trevor Noah.  



Jonathan Chavez, Co-founder and Chief Analytics Officer, began working with John in the early 2000s. A native of Texas and ’05 graduate from Harvard, Jonathan has emerged as one of the most talented analytical minds in America. His statistical models have been used to predict everything from political elections, to the efficiency of NBA players, to success on the PGA Tour, to box office openings, and to the value of billion-dollar enterprises.

Slava Brodskiy, CTO, is a software industry veteran with over 20 years of experience building software engineering teams and commercial software products. Prior to SocialSphere, Slava was VP of Technology at Lycos, Inc., and previously served as Director of Engineering at NameMedia, Inc. Slava has a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kharkov State University, Ukraine.
